UK Domestic Shipping

All small orders will be posted via Royal Mail 48h tracked postage service, which we offer free of charge. Larger items (such as furniture) will be shipped using an appropriate courier service. Local delivery in the East Midlands may be possible.

International Shipping

International postage is available at a flat rate per item. If you want to order a few things and the actual cost of shipping and packing turns out to be significantly less we will contact you and offer a refund for the difference.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

We endeavour to make sure that all orders are correctly packed and shipped and that they are free from defects. In line with Distance Selling Regulations you are able to return any item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us in the first instance if you are unhappy with your order in any way and we will do our past to rectify any issues speedily and without stress. We ask that any items returned because they are unwanted are returned in original, saleable condition. As most of our items are unique, exchanges will not generally be possible or practicable.
